With a total area of 18.9 hectares, CLD’s first large-scale housing project is expected to have more than 3,500 apartments and long-term ownership houses built in low-rise, mid-rise and high-rise projects, providing living space for about 13,000 residents.

Aiming for a high-end resort-style design, the project representative said, Sycamore includes seven subdivisions with separate entrances. The two subdivisions include townhouse complexes, duplexes and large villas with private clubs and gardens.

Four subdivisions include 24-storey towers for residents who love to enjoy high-rise space, along with dining facilities and retail stores such as convenience stores, cafes, restaurants and spa. The seventh subdivision will be designed as a 10-story apartment building.
